PRAISE REPORTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• If you are submitting a testimony for the church’s public blog, please indicate so at the beginning of your submission.  Submitting your testimony constitutes your consent to Living Way Fellowship’s edit and posting of your testimony to the internet.

• All praise reports are reviewed before being forwarded. The review team reserves the right to alter the text for content and readability. Any references to sending or receiving individual e-mail responses will not be included.

• Any reports involving organizations or prophetic messages will be reviewed by the pastoral staff, who will then decide if it should be shared on the public blog, in the context of a worship service, or in some other ministry venue.

• If you provide your e-mail address on the praise report form, it will not be shared with anyone unless you indicate it may be shared.
